Hi Everybody! We have all been doing really well here. Eliza has her second tooth coming in, and she has been a little fussy and snotty, but still a mostly happy baby. We have had spring for several weeks now and her skin seems to be much healthier now that there is some more moisture in the air.
She has also been going through a scrunchy-face smile phase which we think is cute.
We went to the arboretum recently to enjoy the spring flowers. I think the above picture captures Clark and Sabrina pretty well.
We had lots of rain during spring break, so we tried to find some indoor things to do, like going to the butterfly house. Turns out they have snakes as well. Sabrina and Clark got to touch a corn snake.
They did also get to touch butterflies.
Did I mention that Sabrina and Clark have been taking gymnastics? You know, when Clark weighed 46 pounds when he turned three, I just thought to myself, "This boy is born to be a gymnast."* They have really been enjoying themselves. Sabrina has been practicing cartwheels nonstop for the last few days and she has started getting good at them. I was so happy to see her working so hard even though it was so hard for her at first.
*There is some debate over the proper translation from my thoughts into English. Some believe that the word "gymnast" is better rendered as "football player." Clark's mother insists that translation is incorrect.

Pretty impressive gymnast stuff. I could do somersaults forward and backward, but could never do a cartwheel. Love Opa.
Those cheeks!!!! Ooh, I can't wait to squish them!! Great gymnast prowess, kidsos!
