Sabrina's 1st Birthday!

Already a year old, can you believe it! Yogurl made her a banana "cupcake" with whipped cream topping. It was really a muffin, but we'll call it a cupcake. She reached out for it at first and didn't like the feel of the whipped cream in her hand. I picked it up and fed her a little, but she just wasn't digging the whipped cream. So instead we brought out some blueberries and she happily munched down on those.
Opening gifts took a minute for her to figure out, but before long she was happily pulling tissue paper out of birthday bags.
She seemed to have a very happy birthday. I hope you all enjoy the excessive pictures we took.

Yogurl's Birthday

Hey everybody, Yogurl just had another birthday! This one went really well, I think. The night before her birthday we went to eat at a really nice place a town over. It runs on reservations only and apparently the menu changes when the chef wants to cook something different. We actually told them what we wanted when we made our reservations, so there was no time wasted struggling over the hard choice about what to eat once we were there.
On Yogurl's birthday, we had a yummy dinner followed up by coconut-lime birthday cake, made by yours truly. We used the full fat version of everything this year, and it tasted great.
As you can see by the candles, she turned three years old this year. Only three and look at all she's accomplished! I'm so proud of my Yogurl!
