Since Manburger is now done with school for the semester and we are getting ready to move the end of this week for the summer, we have been trying to fit in a few fun activities as well. This Friday we drove a ways out of town and went strawberry picking. The last time I remember picking strawberries was with my mom when I was still in preschool. It was neat because just she and I were out picking because my older sisters were in school. Sabrina seemed to enjoy herself on our berry picking excursion and did pick some lovely red berries, although we ended paying for a few green ones she picked in excitement. Hey, we all had some fun and have beautiful red, juicy strawberries to show for it. There is a big difference between fruit fresh from the field that day and the produce you buy at the store. Next up, blueberry picking with Jenn in the summer. Hooray!
