Good times!

This past Saturday, Sabrina and her friend, Caroline, held a bakesale.  They split the baking responsibilities.  I helped with recipes and packaging, but most of the work was theirs.  Eliza helped them place signs out and manned the table in the afternoon.  They sold lemon sugar cookies, chocolate chip cookies, brownies, and rice krispie treats.  And they made a mean profit at the end.  Most of it goes into their college savings accounts, but they each got a little fun money too.  Way to go girls!

Eliza is modeling her "mismatched day" outfit for school.  They are doing an ABC countdown to the end of the school year and each day has a different theme.  Sabrina helped her pick out her outfit and even did her hair.

Don't know if you can see, but Eliza has now lost her two bottom teeth!

Victor had a bit of a tummy bug last week that resulted in a lot of dirty diapers.  We let him air out  in the nice weather so his sore behind could heal.  He does have shoes and a shirt, so service should be no problem, right?

Victor loves using these training skates, with supervision of course.  I think Patrick rushed up to catch him right after this photo was taken.

Sabrina had a homework assignment to create a bird feeder from recycled materials for Earth Day.  You can see the half milk carton feeder she placed in the mulberry tree that grows into our yard.  Don't know how many birds visited it, but she did complete her assignment by herself.

Note to self:  Tell younger brothers about aforementioned bird feeder before they climb the same tree.  Clark did this on a rainy day and managed to dump all the pumpkin seeds out and they stuck to his shirt.  Fun times!

Wow!! What a creative fun time. A Bake Sale, mismatched clothes and hair, a bird feeder, a beginner roller skater. Clarke should have just stood real still until birds picked off all the pumpkin seeds. Ha Miss you all, Opa.
