Summer Fun

Our library invites lots of fun programs to visit. This program brought live and exotic animals. Here are Clark and I petting Joe the Joey and Miss Dixie the Kinkajou!

I [Sabrina] cut my toe open on a metal door. OUCH! This is my toe after we added liquid skin and it had a chance to heal up. At first it looked pretty gross!

The kids [Clark and I] did a swim camp. 5 days in a row with 3 hours in the pool each day. On the last day we got our first taste of a swim meet. Here are some pictures! Some kids didn't dive in off the starting blocks.

Good first aid. Liquid Bandage/New Skin is a great thing. Opa.

In Australia, we fed and petted kangaroos, koalas and a dingo. Never saw a kinkajou. Most animals at the animal sanctuary had been hit on the highways and were being rehabbed. Guess Kinkajous are smarter than cars and trucks. Opa.
